From Peter, Amy, Anita, Bianca - and now today we have received a call from Joe - we can't fault the wonderful enthusiasm and friendliness of your staff.
The excavation work was done on our block yesterday, and already today Joe has called my partner Tony, to introduce himself and let us know what will be happening on the site over the coming weeks and beyond.
We have been kept informed from the start, and Joe's call today just continues the great service we have received all along. He has given us his contact details should we need to discuss anything through the construction, and he seemed more than obliging with providing us any assistance along the way.
Tony and myself are both Business Banking Managers with the NAB, and deal with business clients every day. Over the years we have heard many horror stories and bad experiences with clients building new homes (we have never heard a good story). We had actually changed our minds many times about whether to build or not, given what we knew and had heard.
It is a credit to you and your staff, that we are able to make the construction of our home an enjoyable experience by knowing that we are dealing with a company that genuinely cares.
