Michelle & I would like to personally thank you for making the journey in building our home one that was professional, incredibly smooth and most of all very enjoyable. Many people told us that building a home is a stressful ordeal. It is apparent that these people have never built with Wisdom Homes.
Unlike all the other builders we approached in the initial stages Wisdom were prepared to go that extra mile. From the very start Michelle & I felt as if Wisdom were looking after our best interests. We were given honest opinions, sound advice and every question or request carried out quickly. The sales staff (Peter & Denise) would drop everything to go a look at numerous blocks we had chosen to evaluate them for approx site costs and house fit. All this service was even before we had put pen to paper. There was never any pressure to move forward from Peter & Denise as they wanted us to be sure and confident that the decision we were making was that of our own.
Wisdom's admin staff (Amy & Anita in the early stages and Bianca in the late stages) are truly second to none. Every question, change or request was actioned with an inspiring degree of professionalism and haste. I feel that Wisdom should be very proud of what dedication and levels of customer service these individuals bring to the company.
From the day we signed our building contract and received council approval Wisdom just made it happen. It took only 16 weeks for Wisdom to hand over the keys to our home. We owe our site supervisor (Joe) more than can ever be paid. Joe was clinical, professional, accommodating and above all a great friend through our building journey. Even after the many homes Joe has built over the years Michelle & I genuinely believe that Joe shared our elation and excitement at each & every stage of building our home. Joe constantly went out his away despite an extremely heavy workload to ensure that our best interests or requests were looked after. Through our building process we had 2 minor incidents. Both these incidents were rectified quickly and to our advantage solely due to Joe's compassion and willingness to put the customer first.
Thank you Joe, you are truly an asset to Wisdom Homes and you will always be considered a friend to Michelle & me.
