Where We Build
There are strict limitations on the areas we build in, to ensure each home receives a high level of supervision, is built on time, and is to display home standard. Isolated jobs in non-standard areas can interrupt our building program and may lead to inconsistency with the end product. Wisdom Homes specialises in the following build zones:

Jobs outside this build zone may be considered on a 'case by case' basis depending on the council area and proximity to other work we may have on at that time.
Note: zone allowances may apply to certain council areas.
