When we first decided to put our family home on the market, building a new one was farthest from our thoughts.

We looked at already established homes initially before stumbling across the "unfinished" Wisdom display home and immediately fell in love.

Our family and friends were horrified at the thought of us building a new home, everyone thought we were crazy starting from scratch once again.

Didn't Wisdom prove them wrong!

We can honestly say the sixteen weeks it took to build our new home were nothing but adventurous and exciting and absolutely stress free.

The Wisdom guys were fantastic, nothing was a drama, so professional and yet so very approachable as well.

We really looked forward to our progression phone calls we never missed a single event. I'm not sure who was more excited -- us or them!

I am writing this letter as a testimonial for Wisdom Homes and for confirmation to any prospective Wisdom Homes clients.

I have now experienced the Wisdom Homes brand first hand and as a first home builder, I am extremely pleased with my choice. Although there are many builders out there in the market I chose Wisdom Homes based on the quality of work, excellence in design and exceptional customer service offered by everyone I encountered.

At no time did I feel that things were occurring without my understanding or consent. I was also kept up to date at all times with the progress of the house. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Although I am one of many clients for Wisdom Homes I always felt as though I was the most important person they were dealing with. I was amazed by the fact that calls and e-mails were always returned and that everyone was so obliging in answering questions that I felt may have seemed quite vague.

I have heard many stories in relation to negative attitudes and inflexibility from builders and housing companies, which made me very concerned as a first home builder. I am extremely happy none of this occurred to me and that Wisdom Homes made this whole experience enjoyable and very easy. I can say nothing negative about my Wisdom Homes experience.

It gives us great pleasure to write a letter of appreciation to thank you for the most enjoyable experience of building our new home with Wisdom Homes.

When we first decided to put our family home on the market, building a new one was farthest from our thoughts.

From our first meeting with Domenic and Laurie when you were working against the clock to complete your exhibition home in time for the advertised opening date; took "time out" to show us through the home and then Domenic working overnight to prepare us a proposal, from the preparation of our formal proposal and drawings, council submissions and finally staring work, everything was hassle free.

Once work started and Frank Salerno became our Building Supervisor again everything was hassle free as Frank's professionalism in handling any situation was first class. The resultant building time was excellent; from the pouring of the slab on 9th February to hand over on 10th May.

The standard of supervision of the various trades along with the high quality of tradespeople has resulted in us obtaining a first class home and one we are very proud of.

Thank you so much for helping us build our dream home! Being a young couple, we have very high expectations and wanted a modern and stylish home but at an affordable price.

Being one of your first clients, we were not sure what to expect, but your reputation in the building industry prior to Wisdom homes, was praises all round by everyone whom we had spoke to.

Most people who have had the opportunity to build their own home, often tell us the stories of the heartaches and pain associated with building - costs which never stay fixed and keep increasing and builders not completing the homes on time. Words can not describe how happy you have made Glenn, Darci & I. When we decided to build our dream home, it was only that, a dream but the team at Wisdom made it a reality. We looked around for 12 months and even signed with a different company to build our house, but that all changed when we saw your display home at Mount Annan.

Beginning with the initial contact with David & Domenic to seeing our house being built and through to completion with Laurie and Anita. You exceeded our expectations with Laurie as the Building Manager and Anita who helped us (mostly picked) all of our colours in the house. The house was built in 19 weeks and there was not one problem. Glenn had Laurie's number on speed dial and every time he rang Laurie was always available to take our call, and our requests were always meet instantly.

With a dream of our perfect house only you all at Wisdom could make that a reality and without a stress in the world. I have always heard from people that building is very stressful, but this being the first home we have built, I would have to disagree with that. People have been driving past our home and looking and some have even stopped and asked what we thought of Wisdom Homes. Without hesitation we have replied that you are the best building company that we have ever seen. We have already been recommending you to our friends, and anyone who wants to listen.

We can not say Thank You enough and you have us for life, regardless of whether we ever build again; we would only ever build a Wisdom Home.

When we decided to build, we visited many homebuilders and didn't like what we saw, and thought it was going to be very hard to build a home that we really liked. Then a family friend told us about you and suggested to see what you have to offer.

We loved your modern and stylish display home, and were impressed by your professionalism and organisation from the start, even though you're not as large as other major Homebuilders. What differentiates you from other Homebuilders is your honesty, friendly approach, great customer service and affordable prices. You made it sound easy to build a home, and in the end you proved us right.

From Frank's onsite supervision and daily updates to us, to our home modification requests to Laurie, all of your staff was 'fantastic' to deal with (as Domenic would say!) and your services are first class.

We made many modifications to the initial plans and thought it might be too hard to deal with, but you had no problems at all dealing with them.

Not only did we get a great brand new home, but we also made some great friends at Wisdom Homes along the way.

I am writing this letter to thank both Wisdom Homes for the experience we had in building our wonderful new home, and also to recommend Wisdom Homes to any prospective customers.

My wife and I had previously owned homes in the past, but had never built a new house. We have three children and found ourselves looking for a bigger place to house our family. We took the plunge and bought some land in Mount Annan and then were faced with the prospect of deciding what to build and who to build with.

I can tell you we really did our homework, visited lots of show homes and researched heaps of places. We were filled with horror stories from friends and from 'urban myths' about people building with certain companies who made the whole building experience a nightmare. Then one day we were driving past the show home/office of Wisdom Homes in Mount Annan. From the first time we spoke with David in the sales office, we were impressed with the approachability and professionalism of Wisdom Homes. David and Dominic wore the brunt of our insecurities but they listened to what we wanted and through negotiation we came up with an excellent design at a price that suited our budget. Whilst Wisdom has a good variety of designs available, we had our own ideas that we wanted included in the house and as such, Wisdom were able to accommodate those requirements in a Custom built house.

After we had agreed on the plans and accepted the tender the fun began in choosing colours and materials. Again, all the staff and sub-contractors were really approachable, professional and helped us to get exactly what we wanted, whilst keeping costs in check.

Once the plans came back from Council the building commenced. It was then that we met the Building Supervisor, Frank SALERNO. Frank is a truly nice person, who made the whole experience of building a house, really enjoyable. Nothing was ever a problem, and he was always available when we needed him. As a result of Frank's leadership and the work completed by his staff, the house was completed in time and was of excellent quality.

My wife, my children and I are really pleased with the house built by Wisdom Homes. The whole experience was enjoyable and I honestly believe that this was due to the efforts of the entire staff of Wisdom Homes. Our insecurities in relation to the horror stories we had heard about building your own home, were found to be myths, thanks to Wisdom. We now have a wonderful new home that we are really proud of.

We have no connection to Wisdom Homes, other than having built a home with them, but we have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective clients. We have already recommended them to a number of our friends who are looking to build. Our house is at 26 Telopea Circuit, Mount Annan, and we suggest you drive past our house to see the quality of their work.

My wife Sascha and I would like to take this
opportunity to tell you how happy we are with our first Wisdom Home. Being a first time land buyer
and home builder was an exciting moment for us, but we knew that buying land was only the beginning, we needed a quality house to complete the picture, something we would be proud and
excited to come home to each day - and that's when we discovered Wisdom Homes by pure
chance, call it fate if you will.

From the moment Sascha and I set foot in Wisdom's Esperence 26 design, we knew we had found our future home, everything about the house made sense, the floorplan was logical and flowed
better than any other house Sascha and I had previously set foot in, the design was open which
gave a greater sense of space, and most importantly, everything about Wisdom Homes spoke of quality, from the fit and finish of the house to the professionalism of Wisdom's staff.

The contractual process with Domenic, Anita and Amy was exciting and stress-free and the building
process with Frank was a blast, each week we received updates on how the house was coming
along and it was great to see that something new had occurred each week during the construction
stage. The feeling of our home taking shape was something we will never forget. In short, Sascha
and I cannot recommend Wisdom Homes highly enough and suffice to say we are more than happy
with our new home.

We promised to deliver to you a letter of thanks when you finished our home, because we just knew that when all was said and done, we would want to write one...we could just tell!

Domenic, the company that you have created is life changing. You and your team have done so much more than just build our new home, you have made
such an impact on our already happy lives, by living us the icing on the cake.

You have built the place where happy memories will be created as our children grow up. And our home started with happy memories as you made the whole process easy and a pleasure to be a part of.

We have heard all the nasty stories about building a home (logistical and emotional) but for us, none of it has proven true. From the very first time that we
saw your display home we knew this was the home for us, it had a feel about it.

Then, from the day we came in and met you (when you weren't normally at that office) it has been a dream run. You and your team have made us feel like we were your only customer and that nothing we wanted to discuss would be any trouble. Despite the fact that for you all, I am sure, there are just not enough hours in the day, you always had time for what must have been trivial.

Anita made the colour selection so easy, we couldn't believe two hours could go so fast, and still be able to accomplish so much! Then when Anita started with you full time she was so patient with us, handling our requests and concerns.

We could always hear the smile on her face no matter how trivial the matter must have seemed
As for Frank we just can't find the right words to say how grateful we are for his patience and efficiency. He is at the top of his game. We were blown away by the simple things like being called at 6pm at night because he wanted to make sure that the frame for our fridge and freezer was wide enough. We were doing measurements over the phone to double check! Even with everything Frank
must have going on every day, he was thinking about our fridge and freezer on his way home! He has brought so many things together in with such precision and efficiency - he is an absolute Champion!

For us, Wisdom Homes certainly has been the "wise choice". If we could turn the clock back, we would not change a single thing.

Thank you Domenic, though "thank you" just doesn't seem enough.

Michelle & I would like to personally thank you for making the journey in building our home one that was professional, incredibly smooth and most of all very enjoyable. Many people told us that building a home is a stressful ordeal. It is apparent that these people have never built with Wisdom Homes.

Unlike all the other builders we approached in the initial stages Wisdom were prepared to go that extra mile. From the very start Michelle & I felt as if Wisdom were looking after our best interests. We were given honest opinions, sound advice and every question or request carried out quickly. The sales staff (Peter & Denise) would drop everything to go a look at numerous blocks we had chosen to evaluate them for approx site costs and house fit. All this service was even before we had put pen to paper. There was never any pressure to move forward from Peter & Denise as they wanted us to be sure and confident that the decision we were making was that of our own.

Wisdom's admin staff (Amy & Anita in the early stages and Bianca in the late stages) are truly second to none. Every question, change or request was actioned with an inspiring degree of professionalism and haste. I feel that Wisdom should be very proud of what dedication and levels of customer service these individuals bring to the company.

From the day we signed our building contract and received council approval Wisdom just made it happen. It took only 16 weeks for Wisdom to hand over the keys to our home. We owe our site supervisor (Joe) more than can ever be paid. Joe was clinical, professional, accommodating and above all a great friend through our building journey. Even after the many homes Joe has built over the years Michelle & I genuinely believe that Joe shared our elation and excitement at each & every stage of building our home. Joe constantly went out his away despite an extremely heavy workload to ensure that our best interests or requests were looked after. Through our building process we had 2 minor incidents. Both these incidents were rectified quickly and to our advantage solely due to Joe's compassion and willingness to put the customer first.

Thank you Joe, you are truly an asset to Wisdom Homes and you will always be considered a friend to Michelle & me.

I just wanted to pass on our appreciation to you for the way in which we have been looked after by your company.

From Peter, Amy, Anita, Bianca - and now today we have received a call from Joe - we can't fault the wonderful enthusiasm and friendliness of your staff.

The excavation work was done on our block yesterday, and already today Joe has called my partner Tony, to introduce himself and let us know what will be happening on the site over the coming weeks and beyond.

We have been kept informed from the start, and Joe's call today just continues the great service we have received all along. He has given us his contact details should we need to discuss anything through the construction, and he seemed more than obliging with providing us any assistance along the way.

We had actually changed our minds many times about whether to build or not, given what we knew and had heard.
